5 to 15 days. Price will auto-appear upon check-out

Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. The day as we mention above, is the business day (not include weekend and public holiday). 

Take a note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, especially during busy period and season.

Orders Handling

Please allow 1-3 business days (not include weekend and public holiday) for us to process and dispatch your order as most of the Lynette Lee Jewellery’s products are handmade.

We ships all the items in one parcel. Do notify us if you want your order to be packed separately on the notes during checkout, contact us on Instagram @lynettelee.jewellery or send us an email at at [email protected]

Tracking code will be provided for all orders. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders will be combined with one tracking code unless otherwise requested.

Tracking Number Information

Please allow at least 1 business days after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can assist you further.

Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.


   
Import Duties & Taxes
     


Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.


If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Lynette Lee Jewellery at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

     
Cancellations
      

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
     

Replacement
      
If the jewellery are exhibiting a genuine fault (gold layer fades, stone falling, break in shape) in between 14 days after delivered even with your proper care, we will provide an exchange once the inspection done.
